How SpareHub escrow works

A buyer pays through an approved payment method. The payment is conditionally protected while the seller fulfils the order. Funds become eligible for seller payout only after the order’s release conditions are met and no unresolved dispute or payment review remains.

Terms acceptance

New users must expressly accept the terms for their account type and the Privacy Notice. SpareHub records the accepted version and acceptance time. Material future changes may require renewed acceptance.

Regulatory status

SpareHub’s use of “escrow” describes a conditional payment-release workflow. It is not a bank account, deposit or investment. Production payment handling must operate through arrangements that comply with applicable Bank of Zambia and payment-provider requirements.
